Tim Blank launched The Talent Difference, LLC to help leaders understand the critical difference that highly performing talent can make to a business' bottom line.  After spending 25 years in senior human resource positions at two highly successful companies (Thomson-Reuters, Inc. and Medtronic, Inc.), and holding top leadership roles in non-profits (President of the Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America and General Counsel for Osseo Area Public Schools), Tim's passion is to leverage his life's experiences by helping organizations optimize their "people" decisions and behaviors.

Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law.  His combination of "people" and advisor skills have honed his special gift for quickly getting to the root cause of human resource issues and providing timely solutions for win-win outcomes. 

Tim resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife, Alicia and Alicia's service dog, Tanner.
